Do I have to set up an account to be able to buy something?

You do not have to set up an account to buy any AlpaQori product. But setting up an account allows you to track the status of your current order, check your order history, and during the next shopping the order process will be much faster because you won’t have to re-enter your data.

I can't log in to my account. What should I do?

Make sure the e-mail address you enter is the same as the one you entered at registration. Remember that signing in to your account is not the same as subscribing to a newsletter. If you forgot your password click here.

What are the total shipping costs within Poland?

We offer free delivery, regardless of the payment method chosen – online or cash to the courier when receiving your product – in each case there is no additional hidden costs.

What are the delivery methods?

Free shipping within Poland by Polish Post or DHL.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international sales within UE countries, Norway and Russia.
Your product will be sent by Polish Post and will cost 10 euros.

What is the delivery time?

We want you receive your product as soon as possible; so preparing the order for delivery and shipping usually takes between 2 and 5 working days. The order is ready for shipping immediately after the payment is received.

How to make a complaint?

Each product is carfully wrapped in white tissue paper and placed into an AlpaQori carton box. If you’d like us to additionally wrap it as a gift please e-mail us at sklep@alpaqori.pl for further details.

This is a gift. Can the proof of purchase be sent to another address?

Of course! Please send us an e-mail at sklep@alpaqori.pl with information on what address we have to send the proof of purchase and where to ship the gift.

How to clean my baby alpaca wool scarf?

In order to maintain exceptional quality and avoid damage, AlpaQori woven shawls should be dry cleaned only. If needed, steam iron at a low temperature setting.
